I’m Estevao Puggina, a Senior Motion Designer focused on hands-on motion design and animation execution for brand, social, growth, and product teams. My specialization is animation concepting, motion language, transitions, timing, and behavior, developed from existing visual designs, layouts, and brand systems.
I’ve collaborated with designers, art directors, and cross-functional teams across advertising, studios, and in-house environments, translating established creative direction into production-ready animations. My experience includes work for global brands and organizations such as DoorDash, PepsiCo, Nike, Google, Meta, Netflix, AB InBev, Toyota, and others, always with a strong focus on execution quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.
I’m comfortable in fast-paced, production-driven environments where adaptability, problem-solving, and collaboration are essential. I intentionally focus on senior individual contributor roles, staying deeply involved in daily animation work rather than management.
Based in Florida, I’m a U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), open to relocation within the U.S., and also hold EU (Italian) citizenship.
